I’ve just finished re-reading The Eyre Affair and have moved onto Lost In A Good Book.  I’m not a rabid Fforde fan or anything (yet) - or else I’d be hotfooting down to Waterstones when he makes an appearance and stocking up on the full series - but damn, these books are good.  They’re kind of lit-sci-fi - alternate universe where everyone’s life revolves around literature, plus some time travel and a big scary corporation.  And puns.  A LOT of puns.  If you haven’t already had a peek at the series I’d highly recommend it.
